Tarte Emphaseyes High Definition Eye Pencil in Plum

My first eyeliner was a jet black smudgy urban decay eyeliner pencil that I used every day on my lids, top and bottom. I was in seventh grade when I first started wearing eye-liner, which gives me about eight years of experience. Despite this fact, I'm usually very non-discerning when it comes to eyeliner.
